SHIPPING
Free shipping to mainland UK addresses. Shipping to Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and international destinations is calculated at checkout. All orders sent tracked.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled within one hour of placing them by contacting hello@maisonmasha.co.uk with your order number. After this window, production will have begun and cancellations can no longer be accepted.

As every Maison Masha rebind is made to order and handcrafted individually for you, returns are only accepted within 14 calendar days of receipt in original unused condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer — we recommend a tracked service. Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. Custom colour schemes, bespoke commissions and rush orders are final sale and cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs and we will do our best to make it right.

End paper patterns may vary depending on available supplies at the time of your order — the colour scheme of each book is always maintained.
