Shipping & Delivery

Made to Order
Every Maison Masha product is made to order. Please allow up to 5 weeks from the date of your order to dispatch. You will receive a dispatch notification by email the moment your order is on its way.

Need your order for a specific date? Please contact us at hello@maisonmasha.co.uk before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate.

UK Shipping
Free standard tracked shipping to all mainland UK addresses.

Shipping to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man is calculated at checkout.

All UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked. A tracking number will be provided upon dispatch.

Estimated delivery: 2-3 working days from dispatch.

International Shipping
International shipping is available and calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

All international orders are dispatched via a tracked service. A tracking number will be provided upon dispatch.

Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

  • Europe: 5-10 working days from dispatch
  • Rest of world: 10-20 working days from dispatch

These are estimates only — Maison Masha cannot guarantee delivery times once an order has been dispatched.

Customs & Import Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties or taxes applicable in their country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices. Maison Masha cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Incorrect Address
Please double check your delivery address before placing your order. Maison Masha is not responsible for orders lost or undelivered due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error in your address after ordering, please contact us immediately at hello@maisonmasha.co.uk.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@maisonmasha.co.uk and we will investigate with the shipping carrier on your behalf.

Digital Products
Digital products — including the Maison Masha Studio Guide & Library and digital cover design files — are delivered electronically via a download link sent to your email address upon purchase. No physical shipping is required.
